Why we exist

Most property agents in Singapore are running their own marketing — patchwork of Facebook boosts, half-built Google Ads campaigns, and unfinished websites. Marketing agencies that serve them are either generalist (and don’t understand property), or expensive enterprise shops that don’t want individual agents as clients.

We built Prop Launch to close that gap. We work exclusively with licensed Singapore property agents. We understand the buyer journey for new launches, resale condos, landed homes, and commercial property. And we ship the marketing the way a proper marketing team would — with tracking, creative iteration, and weekly optimisation.
