What we publish

Singapore property is full of jargon - PPS, ABSD, TDSR, decoupling, the 1km rule. Most of it is straightforward once it is explained properly. That is what we do: practical, evergreen guides that walk a buyer through new launch versus resale, the Progressive Payment Scheme, reading a floor plan, decoupling, stamp duties and school-proximity strategy - written to be useful whether or not you ever contact us.

We do not promote specific developments and we do not publish marketing dressed up as news. Every article is general information, and figures that can change are clearly flagged for you to verify.

Prop.com.sg is operated by Prop Launch Pte. Ltd., a Singapore-registered company (UEN 202621356R). Prop Launch is a marketing and advertising services company; it is not a property developer and not a licensed estate agency, and it does not transact in or handle property transactions.
