PROP LAUNCH PTE. LTD.(UEN 202621356R) (“Prop Launch”, “we”, “us”) is committed to handling personal data in accordance with the Singapore Personal Data Protection Act 2012 (the “PDPA”). This policy explains what we collect, why, who we share it with, and your rights. It covers both visitors who read our property information content and submit an enquiry, and property agents who enquire about our marketing services.

1. What we collect

When you contact us through this website, we may collect:

• Your name, email address and phone / WhatsApp number
• The content of your enquiry or message - including any question you choose to share about buying or owning property in Singapore
• If you are a property agent enquiring about our services: your CEA registration number, estate agency, and information you share about your marketing goals or current campaigns
• Anonymous browsing data (IP address, pages viewed, referrer, device type) via analytics tools

2. Why we collect it

• To respond to your enquiry or question
• Where you ask us to, to connect you with a licensed CEA-registered salesperson who can assist with a property enquiry or viewing
• To schedule a strategy call and deliver services we have been engaged to provide
• To send relevant updates (only with your consent)
• To improve our website and content
• To comply with legal obligations and verify CEA registration where applicable

3. Who we share it with

We do not sell or rent personal data. We may share limited data with:

• The licensed CEA-registered salesperson named on this website, where you have asked us to connect you regarding a property enquiry
• Service providers strictly to operate our business (e.g. email delivery, hosting, customer-relationship and analytics tools)
• Advertising platforms (Google, Meta) only when running campaigns on a client’s behalf
• Authorities when required by law

4. Consent and the Do Not Call (DNC) provisions

When you submit an enquiry form on this website and tick the consent checkbox, you consent to Prop Launch, and the licensed CEA salesperson named on this site, contacting you for the purpose of your enquiry by voice call, text message (SMS), email and WhatsApp, regardless of your registration status with the Do Not Call (DNC) Registry, in accordance with the PDPA. You may withdraw this consent at any time - see section 6.

5. How long we keep it

We retain enquiry data for up to 24 months from your last interaction unless you ask us to delete it sooner. Client data is retained for the duration of the engagement plus 7 years to comply with Singapore accounting and tax obligations.

6. Your rights under the PDPA

You may request to:

• Access the personal data we hold about you
• Correct inaccurate data
• Withdraw consent for processing or marketing communications

7. Cookies

This site uses minimal cookies for essential functionality and anonymous analytics. We do not use third-party advertising cookies on this site.
