- Your name, email address, phone / WhatsApp number
- Your CEA registration number and estate agency
- Information you voluntarily share about your marketing goals or current campaigns
- Anonymous browsing data (IP address, pages viewed, referrer, device type) via analytics tools
2. Why we collect it
- To respond to your enquiry and schedule a strategy call
- To send relevant updates about our services (only with your consent)
- To deliver services we’ve been engaged to provide
- To improve our website and content
- To comply with legal obligations and verify CEA registration where applicable
3. Who we share it with
We do not sell personal data. We may share limited data with:
- Service providers strictly to operate our business (e.g. email delivery, hosting, analytics)
- Advertising platforms (Google, Meta) only when running campaigns on your behalf
- Authorities when required by law
4. How long we keep it
We retain enquiry data for up to 24 months from your last interaction unless you ask us to delete it sooner. Client data is retained for the duration of the engagement plus 7 years to comply with Singapore accounting and tax obligations.

- Correct inaccurate data
