Advertising disclaimer

1. Who we are

PROP LAUNCH PTE. LTD. (UEN 202621356R), a Singapore-incorporated private limited company, is a marketing and advertising services company. We design, build, and manage digital marketing campaigns for licensed property agents in Singapore.

2. We are not a licensed estate agency

Prop Launch Pte. Ltd. is not a licensed estate agency under the Estate Agents Act 2010 of Singapore, and is not regulated by the Council for Estate Agencies (CEA). We do not transact in property. We do not solicit, negotiate, or close property sales, purchases, or leases on behalf of any party. We do not earn commissions on property transactions.

3. How advertisements are published

All property advertisements created by Prop Launch are:

• Funded by individual property agents — the agent is the advertiser and pays for media spend directly to the platforms (Google, Meta, etc.) or via reimbursement to Prop Launch.
• Published under the agent’s name and license — every advertisement carries the agent’s full registered name, their estate agency, and their CEA registration number, in compliance with the CEA Practice Guidelines on Advertising.
• Reviewed for compliance before publication — copy and visuals are checked against CEA guidelines and applicable Singapore advertising standards, including Code of Advertising Practice (Singapore).

4. Ownership of campaign assets

Where we set up Google Ads accounts, Meta Business Manager accounts, websites, landing pages, or Google Business Profiles for a client, these are created under the client’s ownership. Clients retain full access to and ownership of these assets, including historical data, if and when their engagement with Prop Launch ends.

5. No representation about property transactions

Nothing on this website or in any advertisement produced by Prop Launch should be construed as advice or recommendation in respect of buying, selling, renting, or leasing property. Decisions on property transactions must be made between the prospective buyer / seller / tenant / landlord and a licensed estate agent in compliance with applicable Singapore law.

6. Performance results

Campaign performance examples published on this site (case studies, statistics, benchmarks) describe outcomes for specific clients in specific market conditions. Individual results vary based on market, season, listing quality, agent responsiveness, and many other factors outside Prop Launch’s control. No specific outcome is guaranteed.
