All bundles include: CEA compliant ad publishing under your name and CEA registration number, full ownership of your Google Ads and Meta Business accounts, transparent reporting with no media markup, and direct support from a specialist familiar with Singapore property marketing.
Pricing FAQ
- Why no specific dollar prices?
- Every property agent's situation is different. Pipeline goals, existing assets (website, CRM, list), ad spend budget, content production needs and channel mix all change the right package. We quote per engagement based on a 30-minute discovery call.
- Is ad spend included in the bundle price?
- No. Ad spend is paid directly by you to Google, Meta, LinkedIn and other platforms. We do not mark up media. The billing relationship with the platforms stays in your name and account.
- Is there a contract or minimum commitment?
- We work on a 3-month initial engagement so we have time to build, launch, test and iterate. After that, retainers are month-to-month with 30 days notice to pause or end.
- Can I mix and match channels?
- Yes. The bundles above are starting points. We will scope a custom mix based on your buyer segment, ticket size and current pipeline.
- What if I want one-time production work, not a retainer?
- Available for selected services: YouTube video production (per shoot day), TikTok content sprints (per 10-video batch), website or microsite build, SEO audit. Talk to us and we will quote.
- Do you work with brokerage teams, not just individual agents?
- Yes. Team and agency pricing is bespoke and typically falls under the All-In bundle. We can run multi-agent rollouts with shared infrastructure and per-agent attribution.
