3. The engagement

Prop Launch Pte. Ltd. has been engaged by Gwen Koh to provide digital marketing and lead-generation services in support of her marketing of the Lentor Gardens Residences project (developed by Kingsford Huray Development Pte Ltd). Under this engagement:

  • Prop Launch builds and operates digital advertising campaigns and landing pages on Gwen Koh's behalf.
  • Prop Launch is paid a fixed marketing services fee. It does not earn any commission from any property transaction and has no financial interest in any property sale.
  • All enquiries are routed exclusively to Gwen Koh, who handles any resulting transaction under ERA Realty Network in accordance with the Estate Agents Act and CEA regulations.
  • The campaign landing page (lentorgardensresidences.prop.com.sg) is an independent marketing site and is not the official website of the developer.
