You do. We set up the account under your business, you keep ownership and full access. We have manager-level access to run the work.

Who pays for the ad spend?

You pay Google directly. There is zero markup from us. Our retainer is for the management work only.

Do you need my CEA registration number?

Yes. Every ad we publish carries your CEA number and agency licence, per Google Ads and CEA rules.

What is the minimum monthly ad spend?

We recommend SGD $1,000 minimum to gather meaningful data. Below that the algorithm struggles to optimise.

How quickly can we start?

Account setup takes 3 to 5 working days. First ads usually go live within the second week.

Can I run ads for someone else's new launch?

Yes, as long as you are a CEA registered agent legally able to market the development. We help ensure the ad copy and landing page meet both Google's policies and CEA's advertising guidelines.
